It’s a hard task to keep a toddler’s room (I mean your entire home) looking as minimal and clutter free as possible, but it can happen with a few tricks. You don’t have to hide it all to make a space look clean but instead have a few things neutral in color (or none at all) and simple like a clean canvas. Your home does not need to look like a piñata exploded inside a daycare center. Let’s address one of those things: Bedding and where you can find them.
I was overwhelmed just adding this post (learning blogging kinks, yeah?) because of the amount of great modern, minimal designs that I was able to find. So, to narrow things down and to stay here down to earth with my actual money, I selected only items under $30…ok maybe one is a bit over but so worth it. Behold, budgeted bedding:
^ Handmade Cotton Fitted sheets by New Mom on Etsy $28
^ Woven Fitted Crib Sheet – Black Dot on White – Circo™ at Target $9.99
^ “Go lightly” Fitter Crib Sheet on The Land of Nod $20.40
^ Handmade sheets by CopperCloudShop on Etsy $20. Grey and available also in black.
^ Trend Lab Versailles Fitted Crib Sheet at Kohl’s $19.95
^ Nest Blanket by OLLI+LIME on sale now at $38.50!
^ Handmade Crisscross Wideback in White sheets by Apple Sauce and Ketchup $20
All items are from businesses based in the U.S. in order to meet the <$30 criteria and economical/faster shipping times.
